21-27 Days Forms A Habit?

I didn’t come up with this theory, and really, there is a lot of back and forth on whether its true or not.  The idea is that if one picks a habit or practice and wants it to become a try lifestyle change, then one can do said activity for 21-27 days (the length varies) and voila, it’s now ingrained.  This was a theory that a lot of so called, “self help” people, ingrained into their lexicons since the introduction of Maxwell Maltz’s ,Psycho-Cybernetics, in 1960.  

Regardless of what you believe.  I really would like to blog more, and I’m willing to give it a go.  So starting today, I will embark on 27 days of blogging, to see if I can remain on the path.  I can’t promise it will all be good, but you will have something to read until January 19th.  Every single day…
