My main dude and biz partner and I rolled up to Tuscaloosa, AL today through a deluge of rain only to be greeted by maroon (aka crimson) cars everywhere. It’s a thing. Trust me on this. We are up here working On FRESHJUNKIE Racing’s latest acquisition. The Tuscaloosa Half Marathon. We put it on 4 years ago and are stoked to be back. Crimson cars aside.
We had a little time to waste before a meeting and we stopped for some coffee and were discussing courses and what not. As he jumped on a call I opened the book of faces and saw a post by Bill Janovitz of the band Buffalo Tom. He recently released 100 recordings of cover songs. 10 years ago he decided to record a song a week as a way to become better at home recording and play some songs he loved.
I was immediately excited by and love this so I’m going to do the same. Starting next week I’ll at the least commit to 10 cover songs I love and publish them here every week.
