In my original blog entry, I explained the whole rocket, rocketboy, restaurant/persona relationship. I started my own burrito concept 4.5 years ago. I wanted to do something similar to concepts I had seen, but with a different spin on it. I wanted it to be healthy and I wanted the flavors to be bold and intense. I succeeded and opened my first store in November 2001. Things went well and by May of 2003 I opened my second store close to LSU's campus. I
