DAY 35: Crisis averted-and a video

I slept for 11 hours and went directly to the Dr. upon my awakening this morning.  I tested flu negative and then got some a steroid shot so if you see me at the Louisiana Marathon Weekend and I look all swolt up, now you know. In June we recorded almost a day of video for the marathon.  I thought I'd begin to share some of these with you.  They are all pretty good.  Don't be alarmed, I shave my head every summer when it gets too hot and I am just over it.  I wasn't sick….
