DAY 36: still going

Today began at 2 am when the steroid shot I woke me up 2 hours early. The Louisiana Marathon is upon us and it is greater than the first two years combined.

Been a while since I've been awake for 20 hours. 2 more big days ahead.

Tomorrow the 5k and kids race, and Sunday the big dogs!

Thanks to all of you running, working, volunteering and cheering.

As Juba and I were waiting for a table, a late 40s non athletic guy asked if we were here to do the marathon. We replied that we were helping out it on. He thanked us for bringing this event to the city. Pretty cool really.
