NUMBER 4! SO YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT?
I looked at the original list of 11 posts from the year and promptly forgot most of them. When I looked this morning to post I was happily reminded that this was in the list. This is a lot of what drives my whole world and it’s refreshing to see that this one was well read.
As the new year approaches and folks get ready to jump on the diet train, this mostly logical approach works. It takes time, but be consistent with it and you’ll see results. One note, after I re-read it, I think the more rigid you apply the ideas of this, the better the results. Even if you loosen things up after a few weeks.
